The Penthouse Diary

About that "high ceiling penthouse somewhere in a European city" with all the Helmut Newton life size photographs, this is it's first installment of furniture pieces... To be continued, were still shopping.

More Newton!!!

What do you want me to do, I'm sorry...

Man Child

This guy scares me he's so good... Evan Penny was born in South Africa but moved to Canada and attended the Alberta College of Art. His hyper-realistic sculptures can be found in major public collections and he has exhibited in prominent galleries consistently since 1981.

Cassie and that haircut.

I cant say I like this or hate it... Personally, I think she should of went bald all the way. She would of pulled it off even better. I just got a thing for girls bold enough to shave their heads and get away with it.

Smoking Sexy

I am not a crazy Noemi Campbell fan but I find this pic uber sexy. I don't exactly fancy women smoking either but ... So sensual. Love this picture...

Assassin!

I have a friend who is probably going to turn her nose up at me for this and delete me off her friend list, because she happens to hate Baroque paintings. I happen to love that period if you have not already heard. Its violent, dramatic, romantic and extremely intense... This is a Caravaggio Piece called "Judith Slaying Holofernes, 1614-20".

Proper Attire

work hard to be able to collect these works of art one day soon. This is my idea of proper attire. I wont mind looking like this everyday. I love the cuts/fit of these pieces and the color combos are absolutely refreshing... Insanely dope! I cant seem to get my current tailor to get it right quite like this. This fucking town, I swear...

Helmut Newton

I dream of having these blown up double life size in a high ceiling penthouse somewhere in a European city. Black and white furniture and everything else in the apartment in either of those colors only... Dramatic.

I love Helmut Newton. You will probably see a lot of his work reoccurring on this blog often. In fact, one of these pics is the background image on my Iphone.

Giant Stroke

Standing ovation on implementation alone. With the help of DHL and mean list of traveling instructions, this guy manage to draw his portrait on the map using a GPS as a pen with one
giant stroke.... Mad decent.

George Frideric Handel

I have been listening to a lot of Opera the last four months for some strange reason. Particularly cause I'm fucking dramatic. But all in all it feels good and there's a lot of passion in the works. Its the only music that I can listen too while doing something academic. It seems to also trigger creativity for me sometimes . I love history and that period in particular (1600-1750 Baroque). I have become incredibly obsessed with this man, George Frideric Handel. Born in Halle, Germany, February 23, 1685 - April 14,1759. Some of my favorite works are Guilio Cesare in Egitto (Julius Caesare In Egypt), Ariodante.

"Dearest Constellation, Sweetest Invitation"

Luxury piff by Swiss artist Comenius Roethlisberger. He created an exhibition with luxury-brand logos like Chanel, Versace, and Yves Saint Laurent written in a mixture of cocaine and powdered sugar.
