DC street fashion

... I am going back up soon so let's hope this time the weather is much nicer then snowmaggedon. Would love to see some of these sitings for myself.

BREEZE

I've managed to avoid the snow most of the time. I am currently in DC where it is 35 degrees with a snow blizzard that came in yesterday that the Washington Post is calling "SNOWMAGEDDON". More than 24 inches expected... Dislike. There is an ad in the paper about a snowball fight today called "SNOWPOCALYPSE II" and "SNOW KICK BALL". On my way on last night I saw a taxi going about 10 miles an hour and did an uncontrollable 360 in front of me. I also got to scrape snow off windshields for the first time....

The city...

I spent the last four days in the city and the Hamptons, and most of my shopping was done in Soho which was pretty close to the Hotel ( Tribecca Grand) that I stayed at. Topman happen to be the store that I was most connected too. The clothing were exceptional and very reasonably priced. I find my shopping attitude now a days to be well thought out as opposed to the impulsive purchases that I was a custome too. I actually go to every store and browse now a days and go back again and try to match up pieces. I even sleep on expensive items for a few days now before deciding to purchase or not.

Anyways, I had this strange thing that kept happening to me while in the city. Every store that I went too people assumed that I was an employee there... Friends assured me that it was complimentary but I have not come to peace with that as of yet, uhmmmmm.
